How do I reschedule my inspection?

Reschedule your inspection using the reschedule link in your reminder emails, at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Rescheduling at least 3 hours before your appointment is free. There is no additional cost, no new inspection fee, and no second charge or second hold on any platform.

If your appointment is less than 3 hours away, it can't be rescheduled. To complete your inspection you'll need to book a new appointment, and a new inspection fee will apply.

Lyft and Turo — the payment you made at booking isn't refunded. See "How do I cancel my inspection, and can I get a refund?"

Verida — the $40 hold placed on your card at booking is charged, and a new hold is placed when you book your new appointment. See "How do Verida inspections work?"
