How do I cancel my inspection, and can I get a refund?

You can cancel your inspection and get a full refund if you cancel at least 3 hours before your scheduled time, using the cancellation link in your reminder emails.

A prepayment is collected when you book, and that is what is refunded. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before your appointment are not eligible for a refund or a free reschedule.

For emergencies, our cancellation policy still applies, but our support team reviews emergency situations case by case — contact us through chat or email with your appointment information. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
