How late can I join my appointment?

You should join your Zoom appointment at your scheduled start time. If you join late, your inspector may not be able to see you, and you could need to book a new appointment, depending on availability. To avoid this, click on your Zoom link at your scheduled time and turn on audio and video so you're ready when your inspector joins your Zoom session.
