How do I cancel my inspection, and can I get a refund?

You can cancel your inspection and get a full refund if you cancel at least 3 hours before your scheduled time, using the cancellation link in your reminder emails.

For Lyft and Turo inspections, a prepayment is collected when you book, and that is what is refunded. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before your appointment are not eligible for a refund or a free reschedule.

For Verida inspections, a hold is placed on your card instead of a payment. Cancelling less than 3 hours before your appointment means the hold is charged as a cancellation fee. See "How do Verida inspections work?" for details.
