If you didn't join your inspection appointment, it isn't eligible for a refund or complimentary rescheduling, per our rescheduling, cancellation, and refund policy — the time was reserved specifically for you.
To complete your inspection, you'll need to book a new appointment, and a new inspection fee will apply.
Joining late is not the same as missing your appointment. There is a 5-minute grace period from your scheduled start time — see "How late can I join my appointment?"
For Verida inspections, the hold placed on your card at booking is charged, and a new hold is placed when you book your new appointment. See "How do Verida inspections work?" for details.
This is also different from an appointment that didn't go ahead on our side. If your inspector never joined, or your Zoom call dropped during the inspection, don't book a new appointment — contact our support team. We review the Zoom session before any decision about rescheduling or charges.
