When will I get my Zoom link, and what if I don't receive it?

Your Zoom link is automatically emailed one hour before your appointment, and when your inspector is ready during the appointment window you may also receive it by text. If you don't see it, check your inbox and your spam or junk folder. If you still don't have it once your appointment window begins, contact us through chat and we'll send it right away.
