Why is there a wait, and what if I leave the Zoom room?

There is sometimes a short wait before your inspection, and if you leave the Zoom room you may lose your place.

First, we need to establish a connection with you in the Zoom room, which may occasionally cause a short delay. Once you are connected, your inspector may be finishing up a previous customer's inspection before they can begin yours.

Please remain connected in the Zoom room until the inspector is ready to start. If you leave the Zoom room, you may miss your opportunity to be inspected and may need to reschedule.
