How do I schedule my re-inspection?

After a failed inspection, only the failed inspection points are re-checked, not the whole vehicle.

Use the link in the email you'll receive with the subject "Inspection Update – Action Required." Reschedule using that link before the 72-hour deadline. There is no additional charge to re-inspect within 72 hours.

After 72 hours, a full re-inspection is required and is charged as a new inspection, with your payment collected when you book.
