How long does a refund take to process?

A refund takes 7–10 business days to process.

If you're eligible for a refund on your appointment — you prepay when you book, and can cancel for a full refund at least 3 hours before your appointment — refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If it's been longer than that, please contact your bank to request the status.
