Are inspections virtual or in person?

All inspections are virtual — there is no in-person or face-to-face appointment, and no inspector comes to you. Your inspection is completed remotely over a live Zoom video call with a certified inspector, who guides you around your vehicle in real time while you hold your phone. You can complete it from home, your driveway, or a parking lot.
