We're not located anywhere you need to visit. We're a virtual vehicle inspection company, so we don't have a physical location or address — there's nowhere to drive to. Your inspection is completed over Zoom with one of our inspectors, wherever you and your vehicle are.
Before your appointment, download the free Zoom app on your mobile device. We'll email your Zoom link one hour before your appointment — click the link at your scheduled start time and stay in the Zoom room until your inspector joins. See "Why is there a wait, and what if I leave the Zoom room?"
