What is Zoom, and how do I set it up?

Zoom is a free video-calling app we use to inspect your vehicle live with an inspector, and you set it up by downloading the app and allowing camera access.

A smartphone is recommended because you'll move around the vehicle during the inspection, but a tablet or iPad also works. You only need a free Zoom account. To set it up:

1. Download the free Zoom app — Android: Zoom for Android · iPhone or iPad: Zoom for iPhone or iPad
2. Open Zoom and allow access to your camera and microphone.

When you connect, turn on your audio and video right away to avoid delays.
