Can someone else complete the inspection for me?

Yes — for most platforms, someone else can complete the inspection for you, as long as they're ready with the vehicle at the appointment time. The exception is Verida: because a Verida inspection is for non-emergency medical transportation, it must be completed by the driver themselves and can't be done by someone else.
